Customer Experience Strategy goes to Council

Data from the Did You Know campaign will contribute to two Kawartha Lakes strategic plans this year. The first is the Customer Experience Strategy and the second is the Corporate Communications Strategy.

The draft Customer Experience Strategy will be presented to Council at the February 6 Committee of the Whole meeting. The meeting begins at 1pm.

The public is welcome to attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers. If you're unable to do so, the meeting will be broadcast live on Cogeco cable as well as our YouTube channel.
