Did You Know?

Your Deputy Mayor, Tracy Richardson, is working to respond to the common questions and concerns that residents have. She often talks to constituents about ways Council has adapted services or enhanced communication - and she wants to share with you too. She's put together a video series titled Did You Know and it covers topics such as:

  • Ways you can divert more waste from our landfills on a weekly basis.
  • How to dial into municipal news sources to make your daily life easier?
  • Reporting an issue or service request; using the right process for the best result.
  • Using our new Development Hub that makes getting permits and other development applications more streamlined.
  • Knowing how we look after our roads - with a detailed plan that takes into account the environment, weather, safety and more.
