Recovering from the pandemic, the municipality is in the process of reassessing its services and how it delivers those services with renewed focus on improving the customer experience.     Staff are in the process of reviewing your responses and considering ways to improve the customer experience based on your feedback. This is just the beginning, please stay tuned for more opportunities in the future to get involved as the municipality looks to improve Customer Service.
