• Task Force: The GMS Task Force has been established by Council as a resource to help guide this project. The Task Force currently includes five local residents and one Council representative. The contributions of the Task Force are critical to the development of a Growth Management Strategy that is representative of the diverse interests of the community.

Task Force members will provide direct input to the Project Team.The Task Force will identify issues, review and discuss strategies, policies and reports including a draft GMS, provide advice on the consultation process, attend meetings, and participate in the statutory public process, which may include an open house and a public meeting, as part of the broader municipal comprehensive review program.

In particular, the Task Force promotes community involvement and effective governance.

• Project Team: The Project Team is comprised of the consulting team led by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. in partnership with Dillon Consulting Limited and staff from the City's Development Services Department-Planning Division.

• Technical Advisory Team: The Technical Advisory Team (TAT) is a resource to the project, and is comprised of the CAO, Director of Development Services, Director of Engineering & Assets, Director of Public Works, Director of Corporate Services, Director of Human Services, and their designate Managers and Supervisors.
