Thank you to everyone who took part in the Customer Experience Survey! The results are in and a report can be viewed in the toolbar in the right-hand side under "Survey Results".

Staff are in the process of reviewing your responses and considering ways to improve the customer experience based on your feedback. This is just the beginning, please stay tuned for more opportunities in the future to get involved as the municipality looks to improve Customer Service.
