We have extended the timeline of the online engagement surveys to the end of September to capture input from school going children and their parents, young adults and those who are resuming their regular routine with the start of the school year this Fall. Prior to starting our Phase 2 activities, we want to ensure that we get maximum participation in our surveys, vision statement, and map, in order to identify community recommendations for the Kawartha Lakes active transportation network. The timeline of our project has been updated accordingly to reflect the extended time for consultation and subsequent technical work. Please spread the word to your neighbors, and family members to take part in the online surveys and activities to help us move to the next stage of this project!
