The City of Kawartha Lakes opened Victoria Manor long-term care home in October 1989. The 166-bed home is located at 220 Angeline Street South, Lindsay, Ontario and has served the community and surrounding region since that time. As we look to the future of our growing community, Kawartha Lakes is taking steps to support this valuable resource and to plan for meeting the needs of our community.

In planning for the future, Kawartha Lakes has retained Colliers Project Leaders (Colliers) to review the Victoria Manor long-term care building and to develop a Master Plan for the home. As part of the project, Colliers is asking for input of key stakeholders and the general public about current service levels and to answer important questions such “do the building and spaces of the home meet current and future needs?” and “what changes would be needed to benefit the community in the future?”.
