Omemee Train Station Relocation - Public Consultation
The City of Kawartha Lakes, in accordance with Council direction, is seeking public feedback regarding the proposed relocation of the historic Omemee Train Station.
The station is currently situated on the former Lady Eaton Public School property in Omemee, adjacent to the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail. As part of ongoing planning initiatives, potential relocation options are being explored to enhance accessibility, visibility, and community use.
Residents and stakeholders are invited to review the proposed concepts and provide their input on a preferred location.
