Kawartha Lakes Paramedic Service is looking to capture valuable feedback from patients that have recently used our services.

The Patient Experience Survey was developed to help us understand what the community's expectations are from the Paramedic Service and it will allow the community to provide useful feedback on how well we are serving them.

Feedback from the survey will also help us to identify our strengths and any areas of improvement.
