We're happy to announce that consultant Nordicity, in partnership with Giaimo Architects, is conducting a feasibility study on the development of a cultural centre, or multiple cultural centres, in Kawartha Lakes.

This study will assess the feasibility of developing a cultural centre(s) in the community and includes community consultations, a market assessment, operations modelling and location analysis. Future community needs will also be identified, as well as an assessment of existing cultural infrastructure and financial resources.

For this engagement, Nordicity has partnered with Giaimo Architects, a Toronto-based architecture practice, integrating design, sustainability, cultural heritage, placemaking, and conservation.
